NICE TO MEET YOU!

I’m Jenna, founder of Wanderers & Wayfarers. I am a part time traveler who spends every day daydreaming about my next travel adventure.

First, let’s get one thing straight: I am by no means a professional traveler. You won’t see me bragging about how I get paid to travel the world, stay at exclusive resorts, and post on Instagram, because I don’t. Travel is an expensive hobby, and I hold a regular nine-to-five job just like everyone else.

That being said, travel is one of my greatest joys. From my first trip to London in 2016, I’ve been planning my next travel adventure ever since. Join me on my travel journeys!

PART TIME TRAVEL & MY TRAVEL PHILOSOPHY

Not all of us can quit our jobs to travel the world. Just like most people, I work a nine-to-five job and have bills to pay, friends and family I see every week, and hobbies at home I enjoy. So I travel only when I can, in what I call part time travel.

I budget my vacation days carefully so I can plan trips around work and other responsibilities. I try to maximize my time in each country with the limited amount of time I have. If you’re willing to plan out the details ahead of time, save a little money each month, and cram as much as possible into each day, you can experience a delightful taste of each country and its culture.

ESTABLISHED IN 2019

I started Wanderers & Wayfarers as a way to share my travel experiences, hacks, tips, mishaps, resources, and adventures with my fellow travelers. I hope to inspire others to experience all the world has to offer, just as they inspire me.

Wanderers & Wayfarers hopes to be a resource for beginner and seasoned travelers alike. If you’re looking for help planning your next adventure, then look no further! Join me as I grow my own knowledge about travel and share those experience with you. So follow along and join the Wanderers & Wayfarers community. I hope to see you around on your own travel journeys!
